We’ve lived here since the first of the year, and really enjoy it. The complex is attractive and well-kept. Office and maintenance staff are friendly, kind and efficient. When I had major surgery just three months after moving in, they were so helpful. Since it’s a new building, not much has gone wrong in our apartment, but the few minor maintenance issues were handled promptly and professionally.

The leasing office people are great (Kate, Judith, Morgan) super kind and actually care about the community of people they bring into the place, maitenence (Jose, and Sergio) is top notch, love all the staff they really keep the place clean, taken care of, and residents are taken care of very well in a timely manner. The amenities are solid. Awesome pool, expansive dog park. Fun game room/lounge area. Very reasonable on market pricing, you’re definitely getting what you pay for/

These apartments were lovely - spacious and updated, and the amenities offered are superb. The touring agent, Amelia, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She was so professional and gave me options based on my likes and dislikes. I asked to view the 2BR and inquired about the difference from the 1BR, so she showed me a 1BR model to ensure I could make an informed decision. If you tour this property, I highly recommend asking for Amelia.

Love the dog park and such a great place for dog community! My dog really feels welcome and loves the pet spa area. The leasing agents are so amazing with the pets too. They know most pups by name.
