We are pet-friendly! At The Elm, your four-legged friends can also enjoy the finer things in life. Keep your furry friend fit and active at our spacious dog park. Afterward, indulge your pup to a well-deserved groom at our lavish pet spa. Two pets are allowed per apartment.
Deposit: $250 per pet
Fee: $250 per pet
Rent: $25 per pet
Breed restrictions do apply: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terrier (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog. * Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the mentioned breeds.
Pet Park
We understand just how special your four-legged pup is to you, that's why at The Elm we offer an expansive pet park that is well equipped to keep your pup in tip-top shape. Sit down and relax at our covered seating sections and meet fellow pet-lovers like yourself as your adventurous furry-friend takes on our tunnel house and mini hill climb. After a long day of play, you can groom your pet at our lavish pet spa to keep them looking as cute as can be. At The Elm, life is simply pawesome.
